The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter (recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail.

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item or to exchange it for a different product.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition,unopened and unused. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt.
