Delivery Policy:

We use Royal Mail to ensure secure and fast delivery. All deliveries have to be signed for by a responsible adult before the items will be handed over.
All items will be posted within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. Delivery will usually take 1-5 working days (Working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays and public holidays)from date of posting, Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment. for which we will not be responsible

If you would like your item the next day (if ordered before 3pm) then you can select Special Delivery for an additional charge.This service is available for orders recieved between Monday – Friday.
Delivery costs are dependent on the size and weight of the product/s ordered.The exact delivery cost will be confirmed on checkout.
Royal Mail will leave a card while you are out, when they have tried to deliver an item that was too big for your letterbox, or you’ve been sent an item that you need to sign for. In this scenario you can rearrange a delivery with Royal Mail (providing 48 hours notice for redelivery) or collect the item from the Delivery Office on the card.
Please Note that the parcel will be held for a maximum of 10 working days, before being returned back to us.
In the case of not receiving your order within 5 working days, We require 15 working days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost, missing or delayed items.
